How to Apply Eyeliner for Beginners

Applying eyeliner can seem challenging if you’ve never done it before, but we promise, it’s much more straightforward than it may seem. Ahead, learn how to do eyeliner like a pro in six simple steps.

Step 1: Pick an eyeliner you love
