Japan im Mittelalter: Das Land ist geteilt in diverse Provinzen und überall herrschen Konflikte über Land, Macht und Ressourcen. Immer wieder treten neue, mächtige Feudalherren aufs Schlachtfeld, die versuchen, den anderen Herrschern das Territorium streitig zu machen. Unter ihnen der »Sixth Heavenly Devil King« Oda Nobunaga, der auf grausame und skrupellose Weise versucht, sich ganz Japan untertan zu machen. Doch die vielen Feudalherren, wie Shingen Takeda, Kenshin Uesugi, Keiji Maeda, Azai Nagamasa, Tokugawa Ieyasu sind sehr erfahren in der militärischen Kriegsführung und stellen sich gegen Oda und seinen Verbündeten. Doch unter den ganzen Kriegswirren ist ein Mann, der versucht, sich Odas Kopf zu holen und damit den Ruhm für sich einzuheimsen. Sein Name: Date Masamune.

Sinossi:
Nel Giappone dell’epoca Sengoku, i vari stati che compongono l’arcipelago si danno battaglia per la supremazia sul territorio. Il più crudele e temuto è senza dubbio quello comandato da Oda Nobunaga, noto ai suoi avversari come il sesto Re Demoniaco.
Le speranze di molti sono poste nelle spade di Masamune Date, chiamato il Drago da un occhio solo. Nonostante la sua incredibile abilità, anche Date però dovrà allearsi con altri Stati per poter affrontare il potente Nobunaga.
